We need a kicker

Medley will be fine. I am amazed that FG kickers do as well as they do considering all the mechanical things that have to mesh at the same time. The mental pressure to perform must be intense, I know I couldn't do it and few can; that's why good kickers are so highly prized.

I was surprised he missed one so badly as he has plenty of leg on kickoffs and no reason to miss after all the practice he has put in. Those points will be huge in a game coming up have to make them.

We don't need a kicker, we have one. He had an off day. It happens. Fortuitously, it happened on a day when we could afford it. Aaron proved last year that he will be there when we need him.

2 missed field goals (not even close) and kicking it OOB. Agree?

Can never take a poster, with the root word of Bama in their name, seriously. [lol]

Where were you when he went 20 of 26 as a true freshman. Do you really expect all athletes to execute every rep on the field to perfection?
We hear talk about a team maturing, and the athletes only have four years to do that respectively, but when are some posters going to mature?

Grade the athletes on the their work as a whole, not on 5-10 plays during their career. If he had went 4 for 4 last year and ended the Florida streak their would have been some who wouldn't care what stats he put up the rest of the season.

I think Medley will be fine. He was a very solid Freshman last year. I think he will be alright. But if he does it again in the Oklahoma game, then i will start getting a little worried.

He missed 2 field goals, one was a bad miss. And none of the kickoffs impressed me. Short kicks most of the time, we should have a guy who is able to put it through the back of the endzone from the 35. I have zero confidence in all aspects of the kicking game; I hope he proves me wrong.

While he had his struggles I think he did OK. His kick offs were great IMO with the exception of the one OOB. He hit the back corners of th end zone on at least two and all the others that I recall hit around the 2 or closer. So I think you are wrong about his kick offs. Also, not many teams have a kicker that puts it out of the ends one every time. And why would u want to when our ST can get down there and stop them inside the 25? That's just giving away yards

We were up 15 pts when he missed the 29 yard one. That's running the score up?

Yeah I don't know if i'm buying that. Seems a bit of a stretch. He's gonna be ok!

OTOH....i think that feller you called a dumbass was possibly saying that Aaron was nervous b/c he thought/knew a lot of his friends were in the stadium watching seeing as how close Lewisburg is to Nashville. But I could be wrong.

He had 4 TB on 6 kick offs in the first half so I have zero confidence in your post.

He was pretty serviceable as a FR. I'm hoping that just slipped your mind.

Maybe he was. He definitely misunderstood my initial point of playing a whole year (before I called him a dumbass). Potentially a misunderstanding. He likes to be a smartass though so there's no telling with him.
