No I put in 16 years of experience and 4 years learning on the job to get where I am. There is a couple with no degrees in my position but I work with the same people that graduated from Georgia Tech and Tennessee among other schools but I can still hold my on with them. And if I am lying then I am dying. I just took a different route that got me to the same spot. But I don't have a PE and that would be nice.

Sometimes life and work experience is more valuable.
