We in truhbol

yes sir the first thing I think of when I hear Ar-Kansas is defensive legends...quick without the help of the internet...name me 3 defensive legends from Ar-Kansas...dont cheat...

Bill Clinton and her husband are two off the top of my head. Oh sorry wrong kind of defense.

Its objective to say that Santos is wavering, especially after he was quoted as saying he felt "lost". It's homerism at its finest to say he's a lock for UT......so you can stop now with your objectivity post you keep repeating.

I objectively see that we are the only school that he is committed to.

Santos, Dorial Green-Beckham, Davonte Neal, and Jordan Diamond are all in Fayetteville this weekend for what they are calling the most talented group of recruits to ever be on Arkansas' campus at one time. Really worried about Santos - I'd say he's likely to sign elsewhere. He's expressed too many doubts, wavering too much, and visiting too many schools that are is such better shape than UT right now. Let's just be prepared - won't kill the class, but we sure could use this kid. That's all - have a good weekend VN.

So Santos goes somewhere else...he's not freaking Ray Lewis or something...life will go on. When I hear trouble I think of something like "UT caught red handled paying cash to players..." not this..

Fade isn't a liar. He is just weener that uses VN as a toilet for all his negative thoughts. I wish he would take a dump elsewhere.:hi:

Ok, a quick recap: I start a thread expressing my concern that one of our prized recruits is on another campus, and I'm subsequently treated to an avalanche of insults, GIFs, troll accusations, and being called a liar that goes 6 pages deep. I would have thought a reasonable response would go something like
"Understand your concern, fade, but don't worry. Santos is firmly comitted to the Vols based on his most recent comments". End of thread. It just shows how much insecurity a losing season will give birth to in a fanbase

" I understand your concern Fade but don't worry". There's nothing that has been quoted that would lead me or anyone else that's not paranoid to think we have lost our prize recruit. It wont be the end of the world IF he doe's decommit. Were not deep at any position but if we had to loose a recruit imo I would rather loose a LB over say RB.

He also said yesterday:

“I didn't know what to think," Santos said. "I was lost on the situation since Sirmon left. I didn't know what to think. I was nervous, but I like the hell out of coach Sal. He has that swagger and he sounds like the real deal. I knew him a little bit from before and I'm excited to get up there and knock some heads off."

"I'm going to go up there [Fayetteville] and look at it," Santos said. "Talking to Danny (O'Brien) today and talking to coach Sal, I'm 99.9% with Tennessee. The guys I'm coming in with are great. My heart is with the Vols and I'm just going to have some fun and do something that not a lot of people get to do."

This, but it has been stated in this thread many times over. Point made, that's why fade is off doing something else. He could care less..

typical fade route thread, stir the pot with his usual gloom and doom routine then act like "what? i'm just stating facts??..."
your act is boring and predictable, keep posting though, you're like the funnies page of volnation!

He also said that he "liked the hell out of Sal and can't wait to get up here and knock some heads off.". Leave his words in context. Not set in stone (or ink) yet, but I like our chances with this kid. He will plug the middle here for a few years. He is a beast!

We aren't getting Santos.

but the greatest talent visiting at one time at Arkansas is correct. Four 5-star players, and Ten 4-star players on campus this weekend.
