We in truhbol

I would be more worried if he was visiting Texas a and m. He was lost but now he is found....was blind but now he sees. After saying he was loss he was visited by css and is 99.9 percent a vol. I have given you the benefit of the doubt so far but now you fade off to the land of ignore. Sleep old fader sleep cause the sandman cometh.

Santos, Dorial Green-Beckham, Davonte Neal, and Jordan Diamond are all in Fayetteville this weekend for what they are calling the most talented group of recruits to ever be on Arkansas' campus at one time. Really worried about Santos - I'd say he's likely to sign elsewhere. He's expressed too many doubts, wavering too much, and visiting too many schools that are is such better shape than UT right now. Let's just be prepared - won't kill the class, but we sure could use this kid. That's all - have a good weekend VN.

Ya Know, sometimes I think you purposely say things to get people riled up. When I first noticed your posts, I thought you were a complete idiot. Then, you came around and posted some stuff worth reading.

Bottom line, this post is garbage. Santos doesn't have ties or any coach there to draw him near. He also isn't pals with any recruits like he is with D Obrien. Tennessee has way more upside defensively, and the kind of coach who sends his linebackers to make plays. Think before you post next time, and make sure you have some facts to back up your theory other than "supposed to be a big weekend in Arkansas." Geez......

Its objective to say that Santos is wavering, especially after he was quoted as saying he felt "lost". It's homerism at its finest to say he's a lock for UT......so you can stop now with your objectivity post you keep repeating.

Yeah that is not his most recent quote.

Why your even allowed on this website is an utter shock. Santos said he was wavering when we were going through our DC search. Sunseri was hired, no more wavering. Go crawl back under your rock.

Yeah---99.9% Vol sounds like wavering........why don't you just fade away into the outhouse somewhere outside your single-wide!:salute:

Listen, the possibility exists that Santos flips to Arkansas. No one should have a problem with that point. There is always a threat when a recruit goes to another campus. Vols fans always claim that they have a chance when another recruit comes to Knoxville. There are numerous examples of this.

However, it's obvious that most folks are really irritated by the OP because of the person delivering the message, the method used to deliver that message, and the subsequent dishonesty regarding that poster's true intentions.

You guys need to understand that the other SEC Schools have great programs, facilities and recruiters. Can't worry if we lose somebody and gain somebody. It will all work out. Guaranteed. Relax. DD is smart.

Ok, so let's dissect your post too.

1.What makes Arkansas such a threat, other than the fact that it's closer to Texas? I see you guys posting that he might flip, but what are the primary reasons for doing so? He's always expressed his unconditional love for TN and has remained committed. What would change that this weekend? Bring some facts.. If the are any.

2.sorry, but most of TN VOLS have a problem with that point because it's a biases opinion based on a feeling and not facts. He deserves to get flamed in every sense of the way, kinda like you do for supporting this baseless post.

Fail.

The irony is strong in this post.

Again, I know you're playing devils advocate but seriously. If you're an offensive recruit yes, Arky has a dynamic offense that puts up lots of points. Good. BUT, whats the draw to Arky for someone like Santos? Close to home, maybe playing time?

Look, Santos loves this area and committed to the SCHOOL. He's friends with a lot of the recruits, loves the new d coord, and continuously shows love for the Orange.

Please tell me what Arky has in store this weekend that's gonna make him flip at this point.

(crickets)

Then answer my questions to you if you like the back and forth discussions so much :p

Trolls don't answer questions directly..All they focus on is stirring the pot and causing trouble, I know this firsthand fron TOS..They crave attention and the only way they get it would be to stir the pot, which he has clearly done.:realmad:

The thing I like about VN that I don't like about TOS is that there is that thing called the "ignore button"..It definitely needs to be used on this jerk-off(fade route).

I see where you say possibility, so I may have been carried away on that one lol. I just tired of people posting crap when there aren't any facts to back it up. He's just taking a visit, which our coaches encourage them to do.

Ok, a quick recap: I start a thread expressing my concern that one of our prized recruits is on another campus, and I'm subsequently treated to an avalanche of insults, GIFs, troll accusations, and being called a liar that goes 6 pages deep. I would have thought a reasonable response would go something like
"Understand your concern, fade, but don't worry. Santos is firmly comitted to the Vols based on his most recent comments". End of thread. It just shows how much insecurity a losing season will give birth to in a fanbase

You had to know this was coming.

Let's see, top 5 program that is basically a good defense away from an SEC or NC. Versus a fledgling program off of a losing season with staff making a mass exodus.

Hmmmmm

And yet Dooley is still doing OK recruiting. Shows that Fulmer wasn't the great recruiter we thought.

Have you ever been to Fayetteville?

I am not worried.

Yes, I've been to Fayetteville and thought it was a good college town. The campus is pretty nice. In fact, I was there during a recruiting weekend and stayed in a hotel where they host recruits and ran in to Petrino himself. Ate breakfast in the next room as their recruits on OV.

That being said, I am not of the opinion Santos flips.

Typical post from fade route . :snoring: :whistling:

Recruits taking multiple visits will find out that the facilities at Tennessee are second too none. fade route needs to "fade" away. :shaking2:

Being "99.9% VOL" and "ecstatic" about CSS is closer to being a lock than being "lost". Read updates dude
