Yes, I know this is a discussion board, but I think it is hilarious that one of the most retarded threads I have ever seen has gotten over 300 posts in like two days! The name calling is just b/c, well dumb is dumb!

I'm not some sunshine pumper, either. I recognized Dooley for the piss poor recruiting and piss poor coach that he was. And I was extremely skeptical of Jones but I can't ignore that he and his staff have this team playing up to their capability, and that he's bringing the players in. Those two things spell success.

PS I understand the frustration with the play calling. I hate the read option (or whatever the hell it is) play with a QB that was not made for it,

Wait a sec, didn't Doolittle recruit Patterson, hunter and rogers?? I would say his recruiting prowess far outweighed his coaching abilities

I have no idea what to do. Bajakian = Butch. It's his offense, but Bajakian wishes he was as good as Randy Sanders. Some of the most bonehead play calls I've ever seen in crunch situations in the last two weeks.

His recruiting sucked. It's about more than recruiting WRs. You gotta have big uglies to win, and he failed miserably at that.

No, no, and some more no.... This idea is the stupidest idea I had ever heard on this board.that would be the worst thing that could be done to our program, more instability. Set us back further than doofus, and lame did. Patience Rome wasn't built in a day.also you can see huge strides in progress all across the board, with bunch and company.they must be doing something right.

This...if you can't see what CBJ has done in under two years changing the culture and attitude of this team...can't understand or buy it. I absolutely love the heart and determination of all the players and coaches...it will pay off soon. GO VOLS!!!

This is a stupid thread. This is a must win only in that in it will go a long way in the goals our team has set for this year, i.e. a bowl game. But in no way is Butch on the hot seat if we lose this game, with recruiting going as well as it has in a really long time and us still building Butch's team... it would be the dumbest move of all time to even consider getting rid of Butch any time in the near future.

he can lose this year and stay off the hot seat. next year, fla should be down again and UT will be rolling and if he loses he may be on the hot seat.
