I see tons of negativity in this messageboard and within the Vol fanbase. Please put things into perspective. What we have that Georgia will NEVER have is a recent National Championship. The underachievers Georgia's last one was still when freaking Jimmy Carter was in office. Georgia always chokes away important games and are the laughing stock of college football. Our history is much more respected and is in the same breadth as Florida and Alabama (which all have recent championships)... Georgia cannot say the same thing. The underachieving mutts will never win it all... mark my words.

I like this. As you said there is a lot of negativity on here. I'm new to forums so this is frustrating but I understand it. But until they're the $$ behind the hiring of the coaches, all they can do is fuss.

Just for education sake alone, you do realize that UGA and UT almost mirror each other in almost every category? Fla can’t hold a candle to either school, just like neither school are the same as Bama. UF has done well in the last 27 years, before that, they had not won the SeC.

You may be right they may never win one.... however right now they are kicking our a$$ in every way when it comes to football.... and they are going to kick it again this weekend.... And next year too.... call it negative all you want to but at the end of the day its cold hard facts.... sometimes the truth just hurts....

Love the protection of everything orange, and all, but 99% of people under the age of 25-30 will disagree with this this statement. The other 1% subscribes to Volnation. We're like on Dumb and Dumber when Lloyd wakes up and is looking for the Rockies, but they were going in the wrong direction.
