People like to listen for themselves and draw their own conclusions. Yeah, you posted the link but not the audio. Had to bail you out on another one of these where you commented but didn't attach the actual interview. Don't understand why you don't post the audio link also, unless you just want people to hear your viewpoint and not say what they think since they might disagree with you on something.

Uhm probably because at the time I posted it there wasn't an archived interview?

OK, Understood. I'll save you the trouble and keep searching for them. You are probably busy with other posts. I have more time to do that after the fact.

This is probably the most important quote of the article IMHO. I got the sense that Martin was not the best teacher. I saw scattered videos of practice, and it never seemed organized, regimented, or with any amt of teaching.

"Davis praises Tyndall as a teacher on the practice floor. He liked his ability to present a scouting report to the team."

I remember a couple different practice videos where he watched the team do drills and did nothing but say "good" repeatedly for the length of the video.

If he doesn't commit another crime in the next year or so, he won't even even be tried on this conspiracy charge.

I gotta admit I spit my coke out all over the place when I read this line.

I can imagine this being the selling point in the UT Admissions office:

Admissions Officer 1: "Hey now, if he doesn't commit another crime in the next year or so, he won't even even be tried on this conspiracy charge!"

Admissions Officer 2: "Well, Hell, why didn't you say that up front? We definitely can bump this bumpkin from Lenoir City High for this kid, I mean, since 'If he doesn't commit another crime in the next year or so, he won't even be tried on this conspiracy charge."

This is the biggest bunch of garbage I've read on here in awhile. I mean now you're just DIGGIN'! I mean do you all even try anymore? Have y'all just quit?

If he ends up being similar to Butch, in connecting with fan base, respecting traditions, coaching, and recruits well. Hart may need a raise. Also, I would just hire people from Michigan from now on because they just get it.

Sometimes it takes awhile to find the right guy AND for the fan base to understand who the right guy is:thumbsup:
