We have a bozo in the White House

There sure seems to be a lot of Jew haters on this board. Or maybe it's more of a love for the oppressed muslims?

There might just be some "Jew haters" on this board. Freak made an amazing website that a lot of people use.

However your argument is very short sighted.
Do you think Southern states have completely forgotten the civil war? Do you suppose they enjoyed losing that war and everyone completely accepted defeat? No. Thankfully they acted in a humane manner and stopped senseless killings. This is a religious war, the worst kind of war. Don't expect those "Muslims" to be okay with an ever expanding Israel. Do you get it now?

Muslim sympathizers do not entice me, nor can they seduce me, into believing that Israel is the culprit in any sense whatsoever.

Do you believe the Israelis have forgotten all of their citizens that have been murdered by muslims. The murder of the Israelis at Munich in '72?

Now, have you got it?

Israelis are killed, but the ratio is more like 200 Palestinians killed to every Israeli death. What rarely gets reported is that Israel funded Hamas to combat the more moderate PLO. You also rarely hear about how miserable life is for the Palestinians even during peace. Their homes that have been in their family for generations are bulldozed to make room for Israeli settlements, the economic blockade has made food/water hard to come by, they're treated like 3rd rate citizens, and the travel restrictions make it difficult to even leave their neighborhoods for a day.

You always hear about how Israel's adversaries want to wipe them out... which is true; but they have closer ties to several Arab organizations than they want to admit.

The misery the palastenians suffer could very well be that they focus so much fricking energy and time on hating the jews and trying to wipe the jews off the face of the earth, instead of trying to improve the lives of their own people.

The Holy Land would be so much more stable if fundamentalist Muslims were running the joint.

Like making sure their homes aren't torn down for new Jewish homes? Would that count as trying to improve their lives? Or is that off limits? You clearly have caught feelings so it's not hard to see why you support the destruction of one population over the other.

There are several anti-Semites on this board.

Well I haven't seen anyone say anything like that but yeah it's possible. I've never understood hating someone else based on their faith or skin color.

They're here. I agree it's stupid to hate people for what most have no choice in, their religion and absolutely none in race.

I think you should move there and start a habitat for humanity type organization......and perhaps a bath house for men offering happy endings.....

Id rather just stop my money from going to a religious war. Another great insight from the mind of who ever you are. The world will miss you and your infinite understanding of the human condition when youre gone.

Tell that to the people in SA and areas conquered by ISIS.

People have been persecuted for their beliefs for many years. That does not mean they can be forced to worship anything.

I am a Christian. I believe with all my heart and soul in Jesus. I may be persecuted by a group for my beliefs but there is zero way I can be forced by any man or group to turn my back on God and start worship anything other than Jesus.

We all have a choice in what we believe in our hearts.

Who is this they? Considering Isarael didn't exist at the time.

The Jews faught a rebellion against the Brittish first, then the UN recognized Israel as a nation. Then shortly after they were attacked by their neighbors, defeating them.

We didn't just give the land to the Jews.

Well Gramps, you posed the question, I answered what I think. What do you think will happen to Jews in the afterlife?

That's not what I was talking about at all, but good try. We gave Israel their land after WWII.

You need to do a little research and thinking before you open you mouth:

The United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine was a proposal developed by the United Nations, which recommended a partition with Economic Union of Mandatory Palestine to follow the termination of the British Mandate. On 29 November 1947, the U.N. General Assembly adopted a resolution recommending the adoption and implementation of the Plan as Resolution 181(II).[2]
The resolution recommended the creation of independent Arab and Jewish States and the Special International Regime for the City of Jerusalem. The Partition Plan, a four-part document attached to the resolution, provided for the termination of the Mandate, the progressive withdrawal of British armed forces and the delineation of boundaries between the two States and Jerusalem. Part I of the Plan stipulated that the Mandate would be terminated as soon as possible and the United Kingdom would withdraw no later than 1 August 1948. The new states would come into existence two months after the withdrawal, but no later than 1 October 1948. The Plan sought to address the conflicting objectives and claims of two competing movements: Arab nationalism in Palestine and Jewish nationalism, known as Zionism.[3][4] The Plan also called for Economic Union between the proposed states, and for the protection of religious and minority rights.

The Plan was accepted by the Jewish public, except for its fringes, and by the Jewish Agency despite its perceived limitations.[5][6] With a few exceptions, the Arab leaders and governments rejected the plan of partition in the resolution[7] and indicated an unwillingness to accept any form of territorial division.[8] Their reason was that it violated the principles of national self-determination in the UN charter which granted people the right to decide their own destiny.[6][9]

Immediately after adoption of the Resolution by the General Assembly, the civil war broke out.[10] The partition plan was not implemented.[11]

Israel /ˈɪzreɪəl/, officially the State of Israel (Hebrew: מְדִינַת יִשְׂרָאֵל, Medīnat Yisrā'el, IPA: [mediˈnat jisʁaˈʔel] ( listen); Arabic: دولة إِسرائيل‎, Dawlat Isrāʼīl, IPA: [dawlat ʔisraːˈʔiːl]), is a country in Western Asia, situated at the southeastern shore of the Mediterranean Sea. It shares land borders with Lebanon to the north, Syria in the northeast, Jordan on the east, the Palestinian territories comprising the West Bank and Gaza Strip[6] on the east and southwest, respectively, and Egypt and the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea to the south. It contains geographically diverse features within its relatively small area.[7][8] Israel's financial center is Tel Aviv,[9] while Jerusalem is the country's most populous city and its designated capital, although Israeli sovereignty over Jerusalem is not recognized internationally.[note 1][10]

On 29 November 1947, the United Nations General Assembly recommended the adoption and implementation of the Partition Plan for Mandatory Palestine. The end of the British Mandate for Palestine was set for midnight on 14 May 1948. That day, David Ben-Gurion, the Executive Head of the Zionist Organization and president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, declared "the establishment of a Jewish state in Eretz Israel, to be known as the State of Israel," which would start to function from the termination of the mandate.[11][12][13] The borders of the new state were not specified. Neighboring Arab armies invaded the former Palestinian mandate on the next day and fought the Israeli forces.[14][15] Israel has since fought several wars with neighboring Arab states,[16] in the course of which it has occupied the West Bank, Sinai Peninsula (1956–1957, 1967–1982), part of South Lebanon (1982–2000), Gaza Strip and the Golan Heights. It annexed portions of these territories, including East Jerusalem, but the border with the West Bank is disputed.[17][18][19][20] Israel has signed peace treaties with Egypt and with Jordan, but efforts to resolve the Israeli–Palestinian conflict have so far not resulted in peace.

The population of Israel, as defined by the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics, was estimated in 2014 to be 8,146,300 people. It is the world's only Jewish-majority state; 6,110,600 citizens, or 75.3% of Israelis, are Jewish. The country's second largest group of citizens are designated as Arabs, with 1,686,000 people (including the Druze and most East Jerusalem Arabs).[1][21] The great majority of Israeli Arabs are settled Muslims, with smaller but significant numbers of semi-settled Negev Bedouins; the rest are Christians and Druze. Other minorities include Maronites, Samaritans, Dom people, Black Hebrew Israelites, other Sub-Saharan Africans,[22] Armenians, Circassians, Roma and others. Israel also hosts a significant population of non-citizen foreign workers and asylum seekers from Africa and Asia.

In its Basic Laws, Israel defines itself as a Jewish and Democratic State.[23] Israel is a representative democracy[disputed – discuss] with a parliamentary system, proportional representation and universal suffrage.[24][25] The Prime Minister serves as head of government and the Knesset serves as Israel's legislative body. Israel is a developed country and an OECD member,[26] with the 43rd-largest economy in the world by nominal gross domestic product as of 2012. The country has the highest standard of living in the Middle East and the fifth highest in Asia,[27] and has one of the highest life expectancies in the world.[28]
