Don't forget all the all pro lineman he has produced. The line looks like they have no clue what to do when the ball is snapped in year 4. It would be great to see a O-LINE not look clueless.

And if we should grow with a coach, then he should definitely get paid a lot less

$4 mil a year is less than half of the top 2 coaches in the country. I fail to see why everyone thinks that this salary is worthy of a perfect season and national title. We're getting pretty close to what we pay for, here. When he starts winning more, he'll get more. The current salary is pretty fair to both sides until more is proven.

Totally agree with OP. The guy is getting better, and better, and better. He's figuring it out. How to be a big time SEC program. He just figured out how to go for it on forth and inches, how to pound it in when needed, and how to survive the pressure chamber.

Your in dreamland! Getting better and better??? He just had the most pathetic loss of his 4 year Ut career, in year 4 with a preseason top 10 team , the team has not played up to potential a single game!
