We got a shot at ‘em

So tell us how would you take him out if you were in Heupel’s position.

AC/DC song comes to my mind.
“concrete shoes, cyanide, TNT
Neckties, Contracts, High Voltage”

I’m with ya.
My post is more a prayer to the football gods, if he gets tossed for targeting or gets a concussion in the first quarter, it would help us alot, lol.

Maybe crazy, mostly am, but I got a feeling we’re into the minds of those Dawgs

could be a fun Saturday night in Knoxville…

just saying

Can't turn it over. No long, big scores for Georgia. Keep it close 'till the 4th quarter and hope the crowd has an effect.

We need to take Nakobe Dean (#17) out early, he calls their formations on defense and is like a 3.5-4.0 student. If we can take him out early they'll be discombobulated on defense and we can take advantage. I don't wish the kid any permanent harm but if we could just get him out for our game that'd be sufficient. A targeting ejection would also work oh ye football gods.
You're spot on with Nakobe and I don't believe the Dawgs have someone ready to go behind him. They have TONS of talent at the position coming on but someone who can jump in in Nakobe's stead is probably not realistic at this point.

You know targeting is only called against us….never for us.

We aren’t going to win, but the pressure is all on them. They HAVE to win. For us, this would just be icing on an already delicious cake.
Upsetting the number one team in the nation? Shutting the Dawg fans up? That would be more than icing. That’d be some ice cream on the side and maybe an extra mini cake to take home and share with the kids.

Youre crazy.

It's laughable that Georgia will not be focused when toe meets leather. Our last four games they’ve beaten us a combined 166-47 but suddenly with an undefeated season at hand they will overlook us. Miracles happen but I'm no fool..... we ain't there yet. We will have our dang hands full the entire game. Errrrbody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

Yeah, but we’re shooting a flintlock with wet powder, and UGA is sporting a Vulcan 30 mm A-10 cannon.

Still, Go Vols

There is a story of a chihuahua that killed a pit bull. So there is always hope. The pit grabbed the chihuahua and swallowed it. The chihuahua got stuck in the pit’s throat and killed the pit. Never lose hope. Lol not gonna happen but being a Georgia resident and Vols fan would sure tickle me. GBO!!!!

We shouldn't, and probably won't win. But we could, which is important.

I remember watching Pruitt having us punt in 4th and short situations against Alabama last year, knowing that we could get no closer to winning. It was clear that he had no bigger goal than to look somewhat respectable and try to call it a moral victory. Heupel has shown an intention to win in every game. If enough things go wrong for Georgia, we won't be giving them the chance to salvage a win.

Just saying.....................we gonna need more than 9 minutes of offense to beat Georgia.

Isn't it funny how negative rants disappear when we've got a team who's playing with a ton of effort and elevated success? Seems not too many are delusional...most expect thorough beating, but they've beaten everyone else pretty bad, which plays to our advantage...home Neyland crowd, play loose, play aggressive and see what happens. If I remember correctly, Stetson got a bit rattled last year vs UF...if we can get pressure on him, and Neyland gets to rocking, we could have a shot of making it a closer game than expected.

Easy, punch back until somebody gets knocked out.

I feel like we are shooting an M60. But, we only have two cans of ammo and the piece is positioned with zero defilade.

Seems both Herbstreit and Finebaum think that our offense could give them fits. ;)
IF.... and that's a BIG, BIG if... our OL can hold up to their DL long enough to give HH time to pass. I have a feeling we'll see a lot of LB blitz packages from them because of having to focus so much attention on stopping Davis and Carter.
