It just dawned on me........I remember a time when Tennessee started out 0 - 6......even had jokes Interstate 75 - Tennessee 0....then won their remaining games.......the next 2 years we won back to back SEC titles.......I know we were 5 - 6 2 years ago......I know we saw some hope last year......the only thing I know that if a college can turn it around and play like a totally different team it is the Tennessee Vols!! I love them whether they win or lose and the people on these boards and the media make it difficult to do his job.....the guy has got rethink everything he thinks, then makes a decision just waiting for the orange nation to pounce on him.....Job security is not a million dollar donation, the man can retire and never worry about money ever......keeping that in mind, winning is job security!! Is there anyone on this board that thinks Phil Fulmer doesn't want to win, or doesn't care if he wins?? If so, please speak up now, I got hear this!! Just get off his back, give him some room and he will come thru...he always.......We have been beaten by 2 top 5 schools on the road.....IMO we were in both of these ballgames (CAL til they had a long drive on us in the 4th quarter) and Florida til the fumble and the wind went completely out of our sails....could we have won both of those games, sure, if we got some the lucky breaks the others got......So, all I am trying to prove here is that anything can happen.......WE can win out.....there is a chance Florida might lose 2 SEC games......have u seen SC's defense....pretty impressive.....They can Man Up to Tebow and Harvin......I think our record (against Florida) would be better if we played Florida in November....so, if u guys don't think we have the horses to teach and learn you are vastly mistaken....we can be a 1 - 2 team.......then be a 9 - 2 team just as easy...I have seen it, I believe it and I would love for it to happen just to see the look (or words in this case) on all u haters out there that have no loyalty, pride or tradition....Just think how it would feel to goto work everyday and do your job with the pressure Phil Fulmer has on his shoulders.....I couldn't do it, could you??
