My question is ... when we get to a bowl game, can our EEs that have signed their paperwork practice..... ?
I seem to recall that happening before somewhere.
They had an early grad EE practicing with the team during bowl prep.

Yes on campus only. EE's cannot practice at Bowl Sites

Says nothing about must graduate HS. Just signed financial agreement or LOI.
Get them enroled in a single winter class for credit, and they can practice even if they are still in HS ...
I think if they are enrolled, and are part of the 2013 class, then they could not be prevented from going to team functions... even if they are still in HS.
That's an early start ...
Not likely... but possible.
It would come down to the kids dedication to their craft.

Im sure your right.
They could practice and train on campus though.
I cannot even comprehend how much of benifit that would be to development.
It sure is nice to speculate on these things rather than wondering if drooley washed his pants. If he I hope they were not color fast and turnt his load...
