That’s the way it goes folks. EVERY major program has, at one time or another, gone through an extended period of losing. PERIOD. This is our turn. I have no idea when the Vols will come out of it, but rest assured, they will. Until then, we will suck wind mightily.

Blind hope won’t get us there. The admin has to make competent moves for it to happen. Don’t twiddle your thumbs until then, get pissed, light some poop bags on fire and ring doorbells.

That's some groundbreaking ish right there. Kinda read it in a Butch Jones voice. Guess we're gonna need to put one foot after another and just do it. Build this thing brick by brick become life champs and live each day to the fullest also.

To sum it all up:

I lived there for five years and hated it. The only grace I found was being close to my beloved Elk river trout fishing. (now just a distant memory)

If we had made the right hire in the last ten years percentages say we wouldn't be sucking now. We still don't know if we've made the right hire. Time will tell and if it turns out we didn't well we know quite well how to go back to the bottom which is losing to Vandy three years. I think patience is thin as it should be so year two of this coaches tenure is very important for him and certainly for us.

We will lose until the Vols get the right mix of coaches / staff, and players who WANT to be here. Which shouldn’t be too difficult considering how much exposure we get on television.

At this point I'm numb to the losing. Its like if you keep sticking 50 cents in a candy machine every fall Saturday and the candy bar gets stuck over and over again. That's what being a UT fan feels like.
