Not even close to being a good reason for us losing this game.

Not the SOLE reason. But when USC is running the shot clock down just about every possession and we get called for a ticky tack foul and they knock down a 3, then yes, that does have a small effect on a 1 point loss.

I wouldn't say that as much as we are not good enough to take nights off and expect to win. We beat Nova and Pitt because we played within our element. Had we played with the lack of intensity and softness against either one of those teams we would have lost by 30.

3)USC shot a low amount of foul shots. Tennessee shot 29.

Maybe instead of blaming officials we should point out Tennessee turned the ball over too much and settled for too man bad shots.
