Way too early look at the 2020 schedule

It will make it a much more interesting schedule, since we haven’t had anything really like this in decades. I would still rather leave Georgia toward the beginning and have Florida in November. I would love for them to come to East Tennessee every other year with that possibility of weather. I’ve always thought it has helped them some , home or away.

Only big issue would be if a couple eligible guys declare...Other than that, we're a top 5 borderline top 3 team next year.

No.
Mullen is coaching the Gators up pretty well, but their recruiting is not getting them ahead.

It's GOOD recruiting but not what Florida is accustomed to over the past 25 years

Anything between 6-6 and 9-3 looks reasonable.

It’ll all come down to the recruits and development. Second half of this season will make a good preview.

I want Florida to come to Neyland in Mid Novemeber. They NEVER travel to a cold destination. Their schedule is always favorable in regards to weather.

Here are my 2020 Tennessee football predictions. I think Tennessee goes 9-3 in 2020 and 6-2 in the SEC.

Charlotte W
@Oklahoma L
Furman W
Florida W
Missouri W
@South Carolina W
Alabama L
@ Arkansas W
Kentucky W
@Georgia L
Troy W
@ Vanderbilt W

Outback Bowl:
Tennessee vs Illinois

Yep I figure Auburn QB Gatewood will go to Oklahoma, ergo Loss. Although I think he is not a lock to be a heisman candidate and even a star or starter. But it looks like they have became the go to team for the highest rated Portal QB by past reference.

Sounds like Vandy when they dropped contracted games with Ohio State and Northwestern (Northwestern!) and added Elon and Presbyterian (enrollment 1,080).
Presbyterian is going to stop offering football scholarships after the 2020 season and they're leaving the Big South for the Non Scholarship Pioneer Football League in 2021.

Good to put GA later; our vaunted Nov. runs could actually mean something now while spreading the high stakes games.
And FL? Doesn't matter when we play them. Somehow, they're always ready in September; no reason we can't do the same.

I don't care who is the starting QB, our defense was just as good as bamas if not for the refs we would have won that game. We wanted it more and it showed.
We did do all of that, but im a realists and im not sure our defense could have hung in as long with Tua in the game becuase we were already struggling to match them TD for TD. The moment the backup came in we started to close the gap. Basically i dnt believe they score 27 points with the backup Qb starting and playing the entire game. He looked like our young Qb's did early in the season.
