You haven't seen some of their facilities then.

I agree, Oregon has top of the line. I mean, just check out their Treatment Center. That place is spectacular. Being into Civil Engineering and Architecture myself, it would be my dream to draw up a place like that (especially if it was for UT :) ). However, Tennessee has one very important advantage, facilites-wise: Neyland Stadium. Autzen is gorgeous, but it can barely hold half as many fans as Neyland can. And that's a pretty big thing when it comes to facilites.

Edit: I just found out that Autzen was designed by SOM. That's very, very impressive.

If we're going to the read-option, then agreed; Kelly's offense is the run-version of Leach-in-Eugene

Oh I get it now...just curios to who's idea that was and WHY would you agree to do that if you agreed to be the DUCK *donald duck rip off* but man feel sorry for the dude he's probably built by now!

It's not a Donald Duck rip-off, it basically IS Donald Duck.

Walt Disney gave Oregon the rights to use him as a mascot. In fact there is even a picture of Walt wearing an Oregon letterman jacket.

They won the rose bowl, they're going again. (At least) they slaughtered us. They've got fun uniforms. They're facilities are an upgrade from ours. What are we gonna lure them with?

Best facilities in college football by far. No competition. One of my favorite quotes from a Duck. I forget who said it (maybe Patrick Chung), but somebody asked him "What's the main difference between playing in the NFL versus College Football?" and he said "Worst facilities."

Yea, the score was misleading. Ohio State won easily. But, you guys are clearly better this year. The offense simply looks unstoppable.

I really don't buy it. If Blount hadn't fumbled late in the 3rd it would have been 24-19, Ducks heading into the 4th. Also, late in the game Oregon missed a FG which would have narrowed it to 6 and set up an onside with like 2 minutes to play. That's not getting stomped.

OSU won fair and square, no arguments, but the game was a play or two (see above) from being Oregon's. Walking out of the Rose Bowl that night I felt like OSU had played their best game of the year and Oregon had played one of their worst.

Just my .02 cents and I'm obviously biased but it wasn't THAT one sided.

I actually do like the Quack Attack, but I think we are too disparaging of our own team. We had three busted plays which accounted for 21 Duck points. There is no doubt in my mind if we didn't look like a team on probation, that game is undecided in the fourth quarter. My own speculation is the home team would have pulled it out.

No doubt it helped to play them early. However, IMHO, just having Gerald Jones would have made that game a lot different, much less 5 to 10 scholly players we lack.

I would love to see the Ducks in the BCSTG now, but Hambone ordained we would be over 10 scholly players short, and it cost us a lot in that game.

They are a crazy fast team. Their offense is hard to stop. They look like one of the best teams if not the best team so far

I didn't think they were legit heading into the season, but with each blow-out win every week, I can't help but to be impressed. I think they could beat anyone right now, including the SEC's best, Alabama, LSU, and Auburn.

Man, I'm hoping Oregon and Auburn go undefeated, that would be an awesome BCSNC game. It'd end up looking like a basketball score.

I thought Ohio State won the Rose Bowl with Pryor having one of his best games of the year.
If I'm wrong I apologize.
GO VOLS!

The only thing Oregon has that UT doesn't is Nike's money and the twister mat that players stand on so they don't get too many players on the field! Sorry, I couldn't resist. Oh, and the ESPN-themed placards they use to send in the plays. We can do without those. They do have a slick product and are clicking on all cylinders. BEAT USC!

Phil Knight! But they are still in Oregon, most kids don't even know what hemisphere that state is in!!! But I have actually become a fan of thiers. I also wouldn't classify their speed above what is found on every team in the SEC. The turds have 10 players that are 4.3 or better. Oregon does have the top facilities in the country thanks to Nike and their cheerleaders are legendary. I am going to do my best to travel to Oregon when we visit, if I can find out where they are!!! Go vols and Ducks, until we are rebuilt then ---- the ducks,jk!!

Oregon's speed is no better than you see in the SEC. Yes the offense looks impressive but really who have they played? US? We stopped them for almost 3 full quarters with a severly depleated D, and no D-line. UCLA ran the ball right up their gut, they just couldn't complete a pass to save their life.

Put OR up against LSU, AL, USCjr, or Auburn and I think you will see them stopped and stopped cold.

A culture permissive of continual criminal misdemeanors, minor felonies and a slap on the wrist for choking a woman.

Oh wait. They already have that too.

Man, we don't have anything to offer. Other than letting the recruits steal as many laptops as they want.

Exactly steal their offensive recruits lolx

btw one thing I've never understood. The duck has to do a push up for every point scored, so when they put up 70 on New Mexico why did he have to to do 500?!

It should have been 385 push-ups if my math is correct.

I lol everytime i hear tradition and football at ut. Bc tradition is never the deciding factor and never will be.

Tradition is a deciding factor in a lot of cases and to say otherwise is incorrect. Why would a single kid go to Notre Dame? How was Bama able to reload?
