Yes....it is a fact. We HAVE to recruit nationally....we dont have 100 4-5* players in our state every year like you, Cali and Texas.

The billboards will be in East TN, Metro Atlanta, and South Florida. They are mainly supposed to be pushing EB's Heisman campaign. Will have Kiffin and EB on there.

Why say that? Even if its true?

In context, he was patting himself on the back for recruiting well nationally. I just don't get why he has to promote himself by pointing out that he recruited nationally, saying that the local talent is bad.

Watching more ... his ego is through the roof!!! He's bragging about all his miscues !!

There isnt a sane coach in this great state that doesnt know that our HS talent is FAR below the other SEC states every year.....except maybe KY. Its an undeniable fact.

He just said that five of the coaches are coming in from the NFL, so maybe they didn't "understand the little rules" as well as everyone else.

It is a well known FACT that the talent pool in Tennessee is thin every year...

I think you are reading way too much into what he said...

It's common knowledge the state isn't a hotbed of football talent. Would you rather him say that there is a ton of talent in the state and then not recruit the state? C'mon now.

Did he say the talent was "bad" or are you just sensationalizing?

They are 'little' (and stupid) rules. In the NFL they call players by their names.

Your stupidity stuns me. Tennessee is a spot recruiting state, always has been always will be. We are Tennesseans and it doesn't offend us, why the he!! should you care?

You are unbelievably dumb. Fulmer even mentioned the same thing many times.

Kiffin has secondary recruiting violations. Meyer has an unreal amount of players getting arrested every year. Tell me which one is worse.

As usual, lg is making it up as he goes along. Kiffin said there wasn't as much talent in Tennessee.

If Kiffin had said the talent level in the state was great, lg would be picking apart that statement for the lie it obviously was.
