Watching ACC

Is like watching JUCO. Other than Miami, ACC ain’t much.

I am curious as to what happens to Clemson the rest of the season. In spite of their issues, they still have one of the more talented teams in the country.

Miami-I don't trust them. Very simple. I think they will make the playoffs this year, simply by the process of elimination. I don't expect them to advance however.

GT-they are kind of a mystery ATM. Clemson looked like a great win, but now it's questionable. Jackets should have rolled Wake today and it going to OT concerns me a bit.

FSU-once again, kind of a mystery. Was last night what they really are or do they galvanize and roll through the rest of the season. Still no excuse for that loss last night.

You'd think with that many freaking teams.....B1G too. That last expansion watered them down. You could pull the top 5 teams in B1G and trash the rest. ACC never has been powerhouse, but they've been much better than this.

Media keep saying Clemson has one of the most talented teams. Not sure it’s true. They have gone 9-4 and 10-4 the last two years in a very weak ACC. I think media wants us to believe this even if not true. They tell us they are bringing back most of their talent from previous year, well that team went 10-4. So we will probably see about the same results.

GT is gonna GT. Should be good. Look like they will be. End up middling. Difference this year is Haynes King. They may finish up pretty good. Was looking at their remaining schedule yesterday and it should be quite favorable if they don't choke and roll over. Not a given yet that they won't make the title game.

Miami & FSU - Same old media song and dance. Trounce a couple early weak teams and They Are Back!! No way FSU ( Miami even) would know what hit them against the Bama team that stepped up and played UGA Saturday. They are both just wait and sees. FSU QB this year though is upgrade over travis. Beck is plenty good enough if he's not arguing with himself, but Miami didn't go the distance with Cam Ward either so hard to say.
