Here's the 4 minute video of the microled and amoled side by side.I was on leave and thought maybe I just screwed up the times. But I started back to my routine and it didn't help for at least six days of "routine". Hopefully last night starts a trend. Hopefully your last night was just an outlier.
are you getting the microled?
Yeah and the thickness difference is noticeable just at a glance.Definitely doesn’t seem even remotely worthwhile.
I left work yesterday and drove up to dad’s to visit and raid his garden one last time. Totally forgot to switch from the work use 55 to my 965. Feel like I slept great. No idea if the watch agrees though.
I know I'm balanced. But I don't know what that means. HRV that is.If your Garmin watch measures HRV you have this. I know HBPW, Bill and 8283 does and pretty sure Volly as well.

Garmin Took One of Whoop’s Best Features, and You Don’t Need a New Watch to Use It
The “lifestyle logging” feature introduced with Garmin’s Venu 4 watch announcement isn’t limited to that watch. It now seems to be available to all Garmin users. You need an HRV-capable device to use it—here's how.lifehacker.com
How to use Garmin’s lifestyle logging
The feature is kind of hidden, so I wouldn’t blame you for not knowing that it’s there. Make sure your Garmin Connect app is up to date, and then tap the three-dot menu in the bottom right corner. Go to training and planning, then health stats, and then lifestyle logging.
You can look it up, or Ill give a link that details it, but its basically the time between heartbeats. It changes depending on your lifestyle and how active you are. Balanced is good. Unbalanced doesn't necessarily mean its bad, but it could be.I know I'm balanced. But I don't know what that means. HRV that is.
