Watch,, it!! Health, exercise etc.

@Souce

You still have your 4 Classic? I believe you have an S23plus phone too?

You should have or are about to get a big update with some AI stuff. Pretty cool. I don't remember if it includes energy score or not. Was just curious.
Yeah, but I stopped wearing it a while back. It kept judging me.

Jk, but seriously, I need to start wearing it again.

Yes. For the silicone ones, like the ones that came with it I clean with an alcohol and water solution. Those screen protectors I use come with these cool little spray bottles, I've got like 5. I do about a 30/70 rubbing alcohol to water mix. Just spray and wipe. Toothbrush if needed.

The others are nylon or other material and I just throw them in the washing machine in a pocket of some cargo pants that has a zipper.

Ha, this is basically what I did, but I wondered if there was a better idea. Thanks!

What are you wearing these days as far as shoes for running/walking?

I'm in the market for a new pair or 2. Things have changed with me physically and I'm not sure if it's permanent or not. Either way it is what it is right now. I know I'd be safe with the Clifton 9 and I think the Monster will be okay too. But it's possible something else would work or even be better. My dilemma is do I just stick with what I'm pretty certain will work, or try something different?

I’ve tried Altras, Topo Athletic and Newtons, but I keep going back to my Ons. Still use the Cloudswift to walk and for casual wear and the Cloudflyers to run. For me, they’re the only shoes that don’t aggravate my plantar fasciitis.

I do wear the Topo Athletic ones in the gym and can manage sprints in them

I think I'm gonna get another pair of Clifton 9 and either try the new On Surfer, Tilt or get another pair of Monster. I thought about another brand, but if it aint broke don't fix it.

This is so frustrating. I don't know what to do. Lol. I go for a run and it says I'm overreaching. I rest and recover and it tells me to go run. I go run it tells me it was unproductive and to rest. WTMFFT?

I know there's an answer, I just haven't been able to figure it out yet. A big Part of it is stress and diet, I do know that and im working on it, I'm just getting impatient.

Look at this crap @volfanbill Only because I need to bish.

I've gone back and looked since I first got it.
Thu. 8/8
Sat. 8/31
Fri. 9/6
Sun. 10/6
Sat.10/12
Fri. 10/25

As you know those are the dates of the morning of. Meaning the last one Fri 10/25 was for last night's sleep.

I almost threw it in the toilet this morning. I've been on Google, redit and the Garmin forum. I sent Garmin an email. Yadda yadda yadda.

I have something that was suggested I'm trying and I have some more investigating to do to eliminate some thoughts of what it could be, but geez it's frustrating.

Just need to vent and thought by doing so it would clear my mind a little.

Whew, that's pretty bad. My watch has missed entire nights, but only 2-3 times in the year and a half I've had it.

I'd go nuts if it were acting like yours. Monitoring sleep is one of the primary reasons I bought the thing.

Hope you get it figured out and fixed!

Okay, looks like I was complaining about this with my 965 the week before I got my new one, so it doesn't seem to be the watch itself.

I've been getting alot of updates with this new watch and as you see above it started happening with my other watch right before the new ones were released.

Since Bill didn't have the issue on his, I'm leaning towards it may have something to do with me being in the Beta program. Although I didn't have the this watch enrolled at the time of a couple of those times, they did happen after an update.

I don't know.

2 things I was afraid of being the problem are definitely not the problem so that's a huge relief. I was sick thinking about it.

Pretty gutsy volunteering to be in a beta program.

I can see it now: Garmin developers arguing over whether to introduce a change, and someone says, Let's launch it and see what happens to Behr!

(I'm too chicken+irritable to be a guinea pig.)

I enrolled my 965 in it for a fix they were testing I really needed, I don't remember what. But I never had any problems that I know of until now. And I'm not sure that's it but I'm in the process as we speak of opting out.

I'm at the point of not caring what the problem is/was, just stop it. I'm throwing the kitchen sink at it.
