Watch,, it!! Health, exercise etc.

Amazing how I knew the numbers were going to look better before I opened my morning report just by the way I felt when I got out of bed.
Same. I got into the 80s again. Could tell I had slept good the moment I woke up. That’s partly how I know it’s accurate

I think if I go with the Garmin I'm going to have to get used to not having a touchscreen.

There's several versions of this one including the new 3. Here's a quick look. If the 3 was bigger I think I'd get one myself.

I looked at that one, love the look of that one and then found out it's not good for tracking hiking.

Just went to Best Buy and the bezel space is way too much on the Garmin forerunner 255s for me. Samsung's smaller size fits me perfectly too, Garmins are too big for my wrist. So, Samsung 6 it is when it goes on sale.

Numbers finally going up consistently. Changed diet and started running again. Weird thing...

I've been drinking more coffee during the day and a little at night trying to curve my appetite and my stress has gone down. Maybe because of not eating much, but still, Id think caffeine on an empty stomach would cause stress to go up.

Anyway, I felt great this morning and my numbers showed it.

First time weighing since July 27th. Gained 17.6 lbs. I'm at 182.6 this morning.

NGAF I know.

What you been eating to gain so much weight ?

If you drank and ate enough of them I'd bet you would.
I eat alot of red meat for the protein, but yeah those shakes can be addictive, but being expensive keeps them at 1 a day for me. IDK I had alot of stress eating like donuts, deserts, KFC etc Im kind of at a loss to why my weight stayed the same - also my A1C dropped a point and a half to 7.5 ( just found out today ) I was clearly thinking the worst
