Watch,, it!! Health, exercise etc.

Maaaan, I tried to tell mikey that if he went into cahoots with yore walmart for that extra dolla , you was gon be triggert af
I don't hate Walmart and I dont think they suck. All stores do that and when it affects me I say the same thing. Lulz.

I was on leave and thought maybe I just screwed up the times. But I started back to my routine and it didn't help for at least six days of "routine". Hopefully last night starts a trend. Hopefully your last night was just an outlier.

are you getting the microled?
Here's the 4 minute video of the microled and amoled side by side.

Aaaaannddd its is rated at 66% battery loss compared to mine. Lol. $2000. 00 for no updates besides the screen and 66% battery loss. They must be on crack.

Definitely doesn’t seem even remotely worthwhile.

I left work yesterday and drove up to dad’s to visit and raid his garden one last time. Totally forgot to switch from the work use 55 to my 965. Feel like I slept great. No idea if the watch agrees though.

Yeah and the thickness difference is noticeable just at a glance.

Im seriously so happy I dont like it. Not only do I not have to spend the money, its made me appreciate mine even more. I actually feel like mine was worth it, which I hadn't until now.

Saw Garmins "official" battery numbers. Microled 4 days without gps.

Until I get back into my routine Im not sweating my sleep numbers. I'm not eating right, exercising or consistent on my bedtime or wake time right now and Im all little more stressed than normal, and Im not talking about what my watch shows.

That said, I feel really good.

If your Garmin watch measures HRV you have this. I know HBPW, Bill and 8283 does and pretty sure Volly as well.

How to use Garmin’s lifestyle logging

The feature is kind of hidden, so I wouldn’t blame you for not knowing that it’s there. Make sure your Garmin Connect app is up to date, and then tap the three-dot menu in the bottom right corner. Go to training and planning, then health stats, and then lifestyle logging.
