From the kids perspective, a lot of you Vol fans trashed him on this site when he dumped you guys.
Let's cry, fidget and fret over what 18 year olds do.
GTFU people.
you dont see the issue with a freshman signee (antonutti) being caught on video singing f tennessee, the team hes signing with? Why would his coaches and teammates trust him? Why would tennessee fans cheer for him?
I agree that no one should give an ish/fret over mays saying it....he spurned tennessee, aint coming here, is headed to georgia, couldnt care less
but antonutti? Nah, he either needs to be cut loose from the class, or be ready to go through and survive hell from his teammates to prove himself, after a very public apology if hes to be allowed to become a vol.
Listen, if you put things like this on social media, you're asking for criticism. 1st amendment, yea yea. Don't defend the kids right to do dumb **** then admonish others for calling him out on his dumb ****. It goes both ways.
He can say what he want but that doesn't mean it absolves him from ridicule. That is a great thing about living in the USA he has the freedom of speech so he can say what he wants. He also is also an immuture kid that says and will do stupid ish as shown in this video. I believe that the crap you do can come back to haunt you later and I believe this will happen with young Mays here.
I see bulletin board material for some future UGA games.
Nah....people like you who think they actually have a say in how players and recruits are disciplined because you sign up for a VN account are what makes this fan base a laughing stock.
As far as the program being a laughingstock, that started when Fulmer was given free reign with no accountability whatsoever and it's permeated through the last 3 atrocious hires and the results on the field.
I'm not condoning their actions and already said it was stupid. What's more stupid though is you getting on here and making up BS about them being drunk when you don't know that to be the case so it can fit your narrative.
You are about as incompetent as the last administration. People were using they were out partying as an excuse for the video. I simply asked if that makes it okay? You can't blame Fulmer for this mess, we've had almost 10 years to recover. You cannot sit there and say that a UT signee singing F Tennessee is positive for the University.
10 years to recover from all that winning.....Averaging almost 10 wins per year, going to Atlanta every 3-4 years, National and SEC Titles, not playing D1AA teams and putting more in the NFL Hall of Fame then this program has in it's history....
One day those few that still do not get it will see the light. Tennessee is not a great program and what Fulmer did happens once in 100 years at a place like Tennessee.

Personally, I think JP needs to cut loose the undersized 260lb OL Butch Jones project who could very easily be recruited over this cycle. Imho, JP needs to tell him to look elsewhere and free up the scholly for a kid who is more talented and who respects the program willing to give him the chance/opportunity of his young lifetime.
