These aren't the first college recruits to act stupid on Snapchat and they won't be the last. Doesn't mean they were doing something illegal.

After listening to his interview with JW after his signing with UGA and then watching the video, I can't help thinking UT dodged a bullet with this young man.

I'm not going to question his character but his interview and the video do not line up with one another. He sounded very sincere when he talked about "God's Plan" for his future and I'm not questioning that plan. When what you say publicly and how you act when you think you are out of the public eye are at odds, you do it to yourself.

I made the assertion that he was either drunk or stupid. So if we are letting stupid things slide why isn't JJ back on the team? At least he gave a damn about UT being good. This kid has yet to play a snap and already singing F Tennessee. In what way is that even remotely positive for Tennessee? Pruitt will take care of it but people like you are why we are the laughing stock of CFB. I grew up watching the 90s vols be winners and I'm tired of seeing today's vols be losers. What this kid did is what a loser would do. You think Al Wilson, Jamal Lewis, hell even Tee Martin would sing F Tennessee with a UGA commit?

I watched Cade Mays play multiple times this year at Catholic and this tweet doesn't surprise me. The kid picked up multiple personal foul penalties this season, which left me scratching my head. This Kid carries himself like a Loud Mouth Punk and I would of thought that if he chose Tennessee.

Do you not understand that he was saying the worst thing about the video is a Tennessee COMMIT saying “F Tennessee?” Antonutti is the one with him.

Same exact thing I’ve heard from folks I work with who’ve seen him play. I understand the father is equally obnoxious and heckles kids.
Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Mays is by no means the issue here. We know what’s up with the kid, doesn’t like Tennessee, something happened, wouldn’t even consider the Vols in the end, he’s going to Georgia. Whatever.

The issue is Tanner Antonutti. How the hell is a freshman recruit gonna sit there and say “F Tennessee” and then have any trust and respect of/from his coaches and teammates? New coach trying to set the right tone, and he’s gonna tolerate a kid coming into his locker room who’s on record saying “F Tennessee”? Don’t see it. If he was a top rated recruit, maybe you hash it out....but a low level Butch Jones recruit “project” like Tanner? I think he’s gotta go.

Swain said today that there are many stories of Kevin Mays “acting a fool” in Neyland stadium during games....yelling at players and coaches and embarrassing himself.

Mays can ride them Dawgs bench for all I care. Never was a true Vol and hope he turns into the next Brian Bosworth.

Not a single stat in college football and some humble pie would serve him well.

This is a team sport and he and his parents can take their primodanna attitude elsewhere and Kirby can deal with them now.

Parents can be terrible. I escorted a former Vol BB player out of an 8 year old rec league game his son was playing in because he was screaming at the refs. I once witnessed a former Vol QB standing on the top bleachers and yelling unrelentingly at the refs in a middle school girls basketball game.

I didn’t realize that was him. That’s definitely not okay. I’m not giving him a pass at all, but at that age you learn things the hard way. I’m sure everyone can remember that. I’m sure he has embarrassed his family and will have to live with that, not to mention I’m sure he’s already been contacted by the staff.

I remember seeing some film and seeing how he has a bit of a hot streak. It's good to have that kind of passion, but you have to be careful where and how you direct that passion with what you're saying/doing.

Have coached several youth league sports. Parents are the absolute worst.

Is it confirmed it was him? If so that's a really bad visual. I'd be surprised if Pruitt doesn't dress him down if he hasn't already.
