That's true, but if he lived in Athens, Auburn or Baton Rouge and his dad played on the local team and he had been committed there for a couple of years before abandoning that commitment when some adversity arose, I would expect those fans to be equally upset to be cursed by a native son. This is a little deeper and more personal that an out of state signee being obnoxious and immature. He might want to get through the first practice before throwing shade.

He chose the right school in UGA. We don't need smart azz punks on the team who bad mouth other SEC schools before putting on his jock and actually playing a down in a game.

He signed elsewhere. Move on and ignore him. No need to get pissy over a guy running his mouth that will be riding pine in Athens for a couple years.

Our guys will take care of it on the field. Don't feed the trolls.

Cade ....I guess is having fun. I personally would NEVER allow my child to act like this and if he did he’d be severely punished..,,but I do wish him well and we move on to our team....I do feel sorry for Kevin and family having to deal with this UNNECESSARY attention....let’s hope CM grows up quickly!!!!

I made plenty of alcohol induced mistakes in my life especially as a young and dumb kid. I would expect that out of Cade Mays but Tanner Antonutti has got some splaining to do.That's what happens when a 3 star has a man crush on a 5 star.Tanner the University of Tennessee needs Leaders not Sheeple.

Yes I would be outraged if ANY PLAYER FOR ANY TEAM DID THIS, period! Before you start with the "you are a hypocrite" or "your better than everyone else" arguement I will say yes I have done things similar to this in the past! Yes when I did it it was wrong and I should have been called out for it just like the ungrateful and inmature Cade was.

However, there is a little difference here! I am just a fan not a five star athlete who garners a lot of public attention. Like it or not his stage is much bigger than mine. His dad played for UT, he claimed a deep love for the Vols, and he showed his ungrateful and inmature attitude to the public for all to see.

I don't care he is eighteen years old or forty or two. This behavior is unacceptable, period! His dad should kick his rear end till he can't sit down for a week. Further, I hope he hears that song again ringing in his ears while he is on his back begging for mercy as a 300 pound defensive lineman from LSU, Auburn, and Tennessee sings to him!

That other punk in the car with him should have his scholarship pulled as well!

If both of them offer a sincere apolology then they should be forgiven, no question! However, they should be called out for unacceptable behavior and they should suffer the consequences.
