Either one of two things happened:

Butch allowed all the hype to take over this team with the expectation that the first snap in anger would bring them back to the realities of an 8 game championship drive, or

Butch and the BSiA dont get it.

We'll know a lot more next week.

Debord is the biggest problem. We aren't winning anything of significance if this dumb, boring, predictable play calling continues. Run for 2 yards, run for 1 yard, incomplete pass, punt won't win you anything against anyone.

Or run for 3 yards, sacked for 10 yards, screen pass for 2 yards

I'm not gonna worry too much right now. If that same play calling continues in the VT game...THEN I'll start to worry. No it wasn't pretty, but we got the W. Go Vols!

It's almost like Debord has a script of plays, and know matter what happens on the field, he does not deviate from it.

If a penalty or negative play occurs, he doesn't adjust for the new yards to gain.

Lol not at all. If it's 3rd and more than 10 yards you better be expecting a freaking screen pass to Malone or Hurd.

On 3rd and long, what do you suggest? They dropped back every time. Its not like there was a lot of options.

O-line is the biggest problem. We should be running down most peoples throats.

now i did like when Dobbs pump faked, and looked deep, ended up dumping off to Kamara for 10 yards. That play has potential. bama runs the heck out of it and usually Kiffin is beating the receiver up the side line! we will be ok. We have witnessed butch making staff changes and he may have a word with the Debo, let it play out and let these guys do what they are paid to do, fingers crossed GBO!!!!

O-line put us at a huge disadvantage tonight. Dobbs didn't make the best decisions but when they are getting pressure and the o-line is getting man handled, there isn't a lot of options. Lets see what adjustments this staff makes in week two. I would imagine we see a completely different Tennessee at the BAB

Jalen Hurd is just going to have to man up if the oline wants to keep wearing panties and getting shoved around. Hurd has it in him to break multiple tackles. But sometimes he just goes down way too easy. Can't have that anymore.

Sometimes I think he plays soft to not get injured, so that he will have a high draft ranking at the end of the year.

EVH PLEASE just do not post till the season is over. It is always the same crap with you. I do not know what your problem with CBJ is, did he kill your family pet or something. You sure have a personal issue with CBJ.
