Being able to control the skies changes the battlefield considerably.
There really is no weapon system that exists that is going to help the Ukraine anymore than what they have had for years. The Russians don't really have control of the skies, at this stage they are testing the waters with SU-25s and helicopters for the last week+ but I wouldn't say they control the skies. The FABs don't require control of the skies, only control 20-50 miles in back of the front, generally speaking.
The glide bombs and increased accuracy has increased the speed of the operation to where AA is less material.
Most of these planes are basically non-factors, although if the Ukraine can't get AA than of course I would expect more SU-25 and possibly carpet bombing areas (unlikely right now though).
The problem isn't weapon systems - its the liquidation of meat which is probably greatly faster than what is being supplied. There really is no plan.
