5 star rating, 3 or 2 star performance on game days. Of course Friend sucked as position coach. He may actually live up to the 5 star rating with real coaching, be interesting to see.

Wanya was a pylon playing left tackle. Couldn't move his feet except to the dinner table apparently.

Isn’t posting ‘Who cares?’ And ‘Remind me why I should care?’ a sign that you actually do care enough to read and post. Kudos to the posters who show they don’t care by not posting.

I care what happens to Wanya. He initially chose UT and then Covid, George Floyd, 3-7, and Jeremy McPruitt all happened. He wanted something different. I choose to care about him even when there is no benefit to me or my team.

Excuses. Do you ever tire of excuses? He failed to live up to expectations. Lots of players on the team dealt with the exact same issues. Bye, bye Wanya!

Uncertainty is torturous to some people. Others handle it better. But it can be badly stressful for some.

Thinking you might be in trouble (not saying Wanya necessarily did anything wrong) can be very stressful as well.

Seeing coaches you liked being sent packing hurts, too.

Seeing your friends bailing out in unusual numbers can be an impetus to join in.

How many of those factors contributed to Wanya's obvious relief at getting to Oklahoma where a sense of normalcy and security awaited? We'll probably never know. But almost certainly it was a combination of more than one.

Wish him the best, sorry he doesn't get to be a VFL. His loss.

Kids that commit and leave bc a coach is fired is quitters in my book and that VFL **** is revoked. They never cared enough anyways. Loyalty is rare. Effff em!!

Any guy that bails out isn’t someone you want to stay on the roster. It’ll just add bad energy to the locker room no matter if they are good or not. For example, I hope Cody Brown gets his wish to take a hike. Keeping him here is just bad vibes for the other guys that may buy in

He could have also had trouble with getting enrolled, had a bad flight to Oklahoma... There are a lot of things that tweet could mean. It might not refer to UT at all..

Yes. It really seemed like he improved on his run blocking early in the season. However, he whiffed so much on pass pro that Pruitt stuck #23 on him and made him play blocking TE in run sets. Maybe it was lack of development by coaching, but he was awful at protecting the QB.

The more of these idiots we can dump on other teams, the more chance for our coach to get his jimmies and joes
