Tons of confidence that we will land Borne. He will also be a Vol IMO. I was speaking in regards to elite DTs. I don't believe Borne is elite. I'm not that high on Borne, but UT isn't in any position to turn down a DT.

I thought the same thing but Borne was on Rivals 250 watch list when I looked at it today. That would make him a 4* IIRC.

That's strange. His offer list doesn't suggest as much. He only has offers from like Memphis, Illinois, Pittsburgh and teams like that. The instate school won't offer.
