Wanted: Point Guard

Neither was ramar according to rivals, but he plays one now. I dunno if hopson can play pg because I have never watched him, but I have heard some people say he could play pg. I have no idea if he can or not though k:. Just thought he might be able to.

Hopson is not a point guard. He isn't now, and he never will be. He is a small forward who can move out to the 2 or in to the 4.

I think we really need a pg Howell is terrible and slow and Ramar just cant hit a lay-up even if he drives and gets fouled he cant hit free throws. Which is beyond me usually pg are the best free throw shooter you got. We really didn't deserve to be #1 in the first place but it was fun while it lasted.

I would kill for a guy like Augustin. I think Ramar could be an amazing point guard, but I'm not sure if he has the dedication or work ethic to get it done...sad really...We need to make sure to bring in a guy we can have play for 3-4 years and not worry about getting a One and done guy. If we were absolutely stacked and bringing in 3 to 4 all americans a year, then we could do this. But we aren't at this point yet. We need a few years of super solid recruiting before we can get to a point like this where our overall talent is high enough that it makes since to bring in a 1 and done player to help compete for a NCAA championship.

This is just way overblowing the Vandy loss. You were exhausted, playing a good team on the road in a strange environment (I swear that layout jumbles up people's heads) and the officiating caused the game to have zero flow or rythm, which is your bread and butter.

Its not a bad loss at all and you are still way in the hunt for a 1 seed. It just doesn't matter.

I agree we all need to calm down. We have lost 3 games this year to a very good Texas, and 2 SEC teams on the road in hostile environments.

If we would have had a couple of more days rest I believe we would have beat Vandy. We only lost by 3!

CBP has gotten us this far, I think he knows what he is doing.
