Because as a head coach he is an unproven commodity. That's the last thing this school needs. They need to pony up the cash for a PROVEN big time coach.

What's really funny is that during this crazy , hate filled civil war between tvols and lawvol, there's a sesame street/ yo gabba gabba conversation going on...

Sort of where I was going with that... he won't leave if he's not worth that much money, and it's hard for me to understand how someone would watch this year's team and put that much into him as a DC. Seems we're paying quite the premium now.

Has has listened to some scenarios but contrary to some people's opinion Wilcox is all in at ut and very much likes it here.

There is one thing certain when it comes to the new AD and CDD. They do not want uncertainty to linger any further in to the offseason than it has to.. They want to hit the recruiting hard with all pieces in place.

Let me just say this before I get off for the night.

If our O-line can't block next season.. It won't be the coaching at fault.
