What’s that?

It’s something I started years ago during a crappy time in my life and didn’t want to feel sorry for myself and wallow in it, so it’s became a time I just push the envelope and live life for the ones I lost.....and I hate my birthday

I get it brother but I seemed to get knocked down a lot not trying to feel sorry for myself but I mostly feel sorry for those hurting and I want to help more for them, if that makes sense to you

There is not much I can say because we all know how it feels and know there is nothing a human can tell us to make us feel better but just know there is people that love you! And they need you! They care for you. Don't forget people depend on you and need you and they love you.

I know Ro Ro, but it’s something I’ve had and have to live though every year. It’s actually fine, just my ritual.
