I tried saving the Eric Berry Sig and Inky sig then uploading them on the User CP. Both times it told me unable to save images. They are saved on my computer as jpg images and neither of them are over the kb requirements. Any help?

I figured it out... I was adding a URL line rather than an IMG line. Problem should be solved.

If you don't want to either illegally get Photoshop or pay out your behind for it get GIMP. It's a free image manipulation program that can do pretty much anything (with a few small differences) that PS can.

I have a bit of an unorthodox request. A sig with Graham Rahal pumping his fists after winning St Pete last year on the right, then Eric Berry on the left, then the Power T at the top center and Rahal's IRL car at the bottom. And then Young Guns put in there somewhere. Something like this:
