Seriously, 2 more wins and a Bowl? Isn't that improvement worthy of keeping him ono-board? A new hire only sets us back another 2-4 yrs. (plus) before we are a yearly Top 10 team. Couldn't DD be the next Dabo?

Not a word of this makes any sense.

2 more wins gets us to 5 wins. Dooley would need at least one more win after that to get to 6 and a bowl. We're 3-5 not 4-4.

so beating the other bottom feeders and a non BCS school would make you want Dooley back? WHY?

3 1/2 years later after a rebuilding...the IRISH are going to be the number 3 team in the country.

No,...I hate DD. GREAT guy who took on a sh*tty job nobody else wanted. I respect that. He has improved our team, brought unity and class. (today is a good example) I'm willing to see it through to the end of contract if he goes 7-5.

Trying to be positive here people,...settle down you Fulmer-haters. I can go on that rant if ya wish?

Don't hate Dooley..the dude did the best he could...but you can't bring in a coach with a losing record with a lower College team and have him turn around a down and out program in the SEC....I never understood the hire to began with.

WTH? Everytime I'm on here I cr*p on the guy and get push back. Now I think he is doing decent and none of ya'll agree? Yes, ya'll don't get football if you don't see on the field we are BETTER.

Do you see him as a championship caliber coach? Most of us arent willing to settle for anything less; and I don't think Dooley has ever shown any sign of being that. Close only counts if your vandy or Kentucky.

A new hire only sets us back, at all, if it isn't the right one. Nobody gives a rats ass about going to some meaningless bowl game. The recruits saw us go 0-for-October yet again. The recruits know we're 0-5 in SEC play for the 3rd straight year, and if we find a way to botch one of these last 4 games (which is entirely possible, if not likely), they will see that too.

I'm of the belief that you don't change simply for the sake of changing. You do so with a plan in place. Therefore, Hart had better have a plan in place. A damn good one. Because we are doing ourselves no favors by retaining Dooley.
