I can tell you for a fact attending the MCB isn't one of those things that people come to Nashville to do.. Lol I've been to several MCBs and it's depressing and cold and not attended. I get that this won't be the case with UT there but your argument really doesn't apply.
LOL. OK.Jenius. First off all you have been saying is we were going to the toilet bowl. This the way it had to be. KENTUCKY PLAYS LOUISVILLE EVERY YEAR IN THE REGULAR SEASON, THE CONFERENCE WAS NOT GOING TO PUT US AGAINST INDIANA AND UK VS. UL II. What was going to happen? Maybe Tennessee should have been put in the Rose Bowl.
So now it's more important that people watch a game that takes place in Florida on tv than watching a game that takes place in Nashville on tv?People attending the game don't mean nothing. The only thing that matters is eyeballs on TV screens and exposure for the football program. And "attendance" numbers only count tickets sold not actual attendance. Like I said I've been to 3 or 4 MCB games and the stadium is about 30% or 40% full
Did you go in 2010 or 2016? I was at both, and the stadium was way more than 30-40% full.People attending the game don't mean nothing. So, this Louisville TV channel now says Miss. State to MCB. Bowl destinations for Cards, Cats, Hoosiers and Toppers
Well crap, so we better start getting to 9-3 every year or we're destined to the mcb.Imagine if Tennessee fans didn't boycott the MCB....
It’s also worth noting that two of the three most-attended Music City Bowl games since the bowl game’s inception in 1998 have involved the Vols. The 2010 game between UT and UNC is the most-attended game in Music City Bowl history (69,143) and the 2016 match-up between the Vols and Cornhuskers ranks third (68,496).
Even though I was mad at Butch for losing to Vandy... I wanted to show love for Dobbs, JRM, Barnett, Kamara, Sutton, and the rest of the guys in that class. Broadway was a sea of orange, had a good time w Nebraska fans, the stadium was packed.Did you go in 2010 or 2016? I was at both, and the stadium was way more than 30-40% full.
