A&M's defensive coordinator left for Cutcliffe's job at Duke. I wonder if that will make a certain 5 star d.l. reconsider.
Plus, another 5-star DT decommitted from OK, and committed to A&M...Maybe this may help us as well...

We don't have time to wait on younger guys. If the offense is going to carry us, we need guys who are physically ready to play immediately on defense. Doesn't mean don't recruit defenders, but the attention should be on experienced transfers and Juco until we can get our roster balanced out. This gives those mid tier recruits on defense an opportunity to develope while we try to win now. I believe we are one 9-10 win season away from the flood gates opening for us on the National recruiting stage.

I agree 100% with this.

We are about to find out what kind of coach Dabo really is now?
Think if he's built his staff right, there's a few waiting in the wings. Clemson not used to a few "off years". If they were in SEC this year, they probably wouldn't be bowl eligible. Easier to hide in ACC and be modestly good while rebuilding. I DO think we start to regain some of our ground back we lost against Clemson...they fall, we rise.

Just to be clear, we are UP to 15th, and thats National? And people are concerned if Hype can recruit? And I've said it before, but Clemson is going back to being a doormat, but theybhad a good run.

We may also find out about Kirby. He just lost his defensive coordinator;)
Kirby is the defensive coordinator. That was proven a couple years ago when they lost Mel Tucker and didn't miss a beat, as long as Kirby is there UGA will have a good defense. Fortunately, Kirby doesn't have the same knack for offense.

The fact that UT has SUCKED and let's not mention the bs that's sourrounded the program the last 10 years, why anyone is surprised were not landing instate recruits is kinda puzzling. It just is what it is right now, gotta let Hype build those relationships and kids wanna see us imporve first.I mean it's really that simple.

On offense this coach simply needs a strong/good online and a good QB and the scheme will make the WRs and RBs look like nfl caliber.

Eventually the classes will get to were they are stacked top to bottom but this year top 15 is fine and honestly put us in great shape as long as Hooker returns.

I think we’re good there. I heard his web presence is strong…..

Need to do much better in our home state!!!

Top Ten Recruits in TN

1) Jake Briningstool TE Clemson
2) Junior Colson LB Michigan
3) Prince Kollie LB Notre Dame
4) Andre Turrentine S OSU
5) Dietrick Pennington OL Clemson
6) Hudson Wolfe TE Ole Miss
7) Eli Sutton OT UNC
8) Walker Merrill WR Tennessee
9) D'Arco Perkins-McAllister S TCU
10) Adonai Mitchell WR Georgia
You can’t pin that on current staff, they didn’t have time to get those guys so many were saying ‘22 was going to be a washout in-state with the top 10.

I live in the upstate of SC and have to listen to the "Clempson" apologists constantly. I like Dabo and think he is a solid coach, a CEO type. But my feeling is that he is going to be tempted to promote from within to replace his OC/DC this year. And there are no rising stars on his staff in my view. Big risk if he hires from inside.
