They're bringing back almost as much as we are. #1 recruiting class in 2016. Get Alabama and Ole Miss at home.

That's about right for a preseason starting spot.

At the end of next season we'll be ranked a lot higher than that though.

If LSU, 'bama, and Ole Miss are all top 10 (or close enough), at least 1 of 'em is in for a bumpy ride.

Starting in top 15 makes a climb a reasonable challenge. GO BIG ORANGE!

Why would being higher than 14 be overrating us? We just beat the #13 team in the country like a drum. There's a chance we finish 14-16 THIS SEASON. So why would 14-16 be appropriate next year? We lost our 4 games to top competition by the slimmest of margins. We'll be returning almost everyone of significance. All those young kids we've been relying on will be older and more experienced. We're projected to be a lot better.

14-16 would be vastly UNDERRATING us. There aren't 13 teams that could beat us this year let alone next year. Stop running away from high expectations. This is a top 10 team next year and should be rated in the top 10. 5-10 in the pre-season rankings sounds about right to me.

How they finish will come down to how well Aranda works out for them. Some of Miles' best teams at LSU have had less offensive talent than what he's bringing back in 2016. But those teams had unbe-freaking-lievable defenses.

Nice ranking for Tennessee it's good to see UT ranked in preseason rankings once again. Houston should be in the Top 10. Stanford lost their starting quarterback and will be starting a green quarterback and the defense loses a lot. I would have Stanford rated #7-#10.

Why is Arkansas on this list lol?! They lose a ton of guys on offense and defense. They'll be lucky to win 6 games next year.
