That’s what did for years when I had Dish. For some reason I can’t do it with my streaming service.

If your service provides dvr service you should be able to start recording, pause then sync.

Constantly,, I could get them to sync up at times but the next commercial break messed everything up. I quit trying at halftime. I get to listen to Fowler’s obvious bias for Gawgia till I just turn the volume off.
