Is it within the rules for him to coach at Bama AND the NFL concurrently?

Not "worrisome" at this point. The level of competition is at full tilt boogie right now. Every single player out there is battling for a 1 or 2 deep position.

You would hope that the experienced guys would be vocal leaders with the youngsters. I know we don't have a lot of experienced guys so that makes this even more important.

I just don't see Pruitt in the NFL. Not because of ability, but based off his own reasons for loving to coach. He seems to be passionate about the kids. I think he is more of a fit in college. I just wonder if he would enjoy the NFL where it's all grown men and about money, etc, instead of developing young men.

Good point, but remember, these reports are from the observations of only a small fraction of the full practice. We don't know what is going on for the rest. This might be the PG rated version they want the fans to see.
