I see UT is a 20 point Favorite over S. Alabama. Does VN think the Vols cover?

Seems a little modest. Despite the offensive woes so far this season, only -20 against South Alabama? I see this going about 49-7 UT.

We'll cover this easily. I don't think Butch lets his teams take a week off. Plus, we have a legitimate QB battle going on, so Worley needs to show his mettle again or risk getting replaced by a freshman.

I personally hope we run up the score on these guys. Our team could use the confidence boost heading into UGA.

It actually opened up at 18 or so and the early money (i.e. smart money) knocked it up to 20. I think S. Alabama is overvalued somewhat based on their win over Western. I like the Vols to cover, but you never know when a junk TD in the 4th quarter changes that.

Just want a comfortable win this weekend to build some confidence then bring on the
Grey unis for Georgia.

Really? Based on what? They beat Tulane by 2 points after losing to an FCS team. WKU out gained them but, once again, gave them three interceptions including their last two drives to set up the winning TD by USA. Andrews and Allen ran a combined 23 times for 162 yards for a healthy 7 ypc against them. We will run them ragged and pick spots to throw down field. 42-13

I hope it is a no contest after the first half 35 to 7 or something like that. I want to see if Butch will make Worley take every snap or bring on a freshman.

Should beat them by that much. After all this isn't a good SEC team or Oregon.. We got this..

If only I had a way to bet this game I would put a good chunk on us covering. They let us bet at the dog track here in Birmingham, but they only do parlays so at minumum I'd have to pick 2 games... Not doing that! Guess I need to find a bookie

Bear in mind, the same poster you quoted actually picked USA to win Saturday...24-20 I believe was his crystal ball revelation. So your argument probably falls on deaf ears.
