Strength training, and good coaching reduces injuries, period. A few weeks ago, the genius, butch, said something about returning to the fundamentals! Strength training and good coaching= fundamentals. When I look at our injury stats, it comes as no surprise, we spend a ton of money on a new weight room, but no one is getting stronger-we spend a ton of money on butch's friends to coach our players, not to mention butch's bloated salary, and our players are not getting better. Injuries happen, football is a tough sport, but recovery times are reduced when those injured were in top condition when they got hurt (usually). The stronger the team is physically, the few serious injuries they have. It is no wonder we're the worst offense amongst P5 teams, btw, our D doesn't look real good either. Thanks butch.:hi:
