If the charge is for the firearm on a school property in the State of Tennessee, I would say that is a felony. Doing it while selling weed makes it worse.

I believe this is the son of former NFL all pro Cornelius Bennett? I can see why he turned to dealing drugs, must have had a real hard childhood.

I have no problem with them having a gun in their car, just don't use it to scare your girlfriend, sell drugs, shoot at police or others, and do other dumb crap.

And drug addicts won’t get help until they are ready so what do you do with ones that refuse to go to rehab and commit crimes over and over again?

LOL! He had less than two ounces. Here in Oregon you can have up to 4 ounces in your car. Also, he can have a firearm in a vehicle. Now, I'm not sure about on University property but anywhere else is ok. So you don't know what you are talking about. So WRONG! LOL!

Pot rehab is their really such a thing.

Rehab is for drugs that are processed and chemically manipulated examples are.
Crystal meth.
Pain killers
Cocaine
Heroin
Alcohol, which last I checked kills more people than all those other drugs combined.
