Vols leaving early for NFL?

Coker, Foster, Hardesty are ranked as the 6th best tailback unit this year, they will all be coming back and add Creer. What is so funny about the 4 headed machine?

those guys can only live up to that hype if we can somehow schedule Cal for 12 games in one year

We will wait and see after the season is over who will be laughing then. The 4-headed machine will keep rolling, no matter if it gets support from NegaVols or not.

I am certainly not against our running backs. I think at least we all agree our coaches bought in decent RB who are qualified to play for Tennessee. But the our running game is awful. IMHO, our running blocks are bad, really bad. The block scheme is poor, no fullback performance, and I also suspect if we put enough players in the box. Coach Cutcliffe did a great job to revitalize our passing game, but I am wondering if we focused too much on the passing game, leaving the running game not fully developed. I would say we have good RB, but the running game is not quite there yet.

the only two that might have the chance are mayo and o'neal
I hope O'Neal is good enough that that would be a possibility but i'd hope he'd stay. Mayo is a possibility but probably will still need another year. This will be a young team so we dont have to worry about too many leaving early.

LaMarcus Coker will continue to get stronger, and with his speed, he will be incredible. Spencer Douglas was hurt last year and he will be healthy and good this year, same Montario and Creer said he was going to rush for 100K.

I'm pretty sure rushing for 100,000 yards would make Creer the greatest football player to ever live. As for the rest of those guys, they'll still be running behind the same offensive line minus Aaron Sears and David Ligon.

Yea, if he gets 100,000 yards I will get 'I love Creer' tattooed on my ass, and be proud of it.

i really doubt anyone will leave, but those are the only two that might be good enough to get drafted in the first few rounds

I think Coker is the only back out of that group with a bit of talent and he cant block anyone so he hurts the passing game. Foster and Hardesty just arent there.
