I swear I’m going to pull my hair out if one more person says JG was a dual threat. Services may have classified him as a dual threat but he never at any point was. On the recruiting forum this was pointed out several times before JG ended up sucking.

He may be a skinny fella rn but he’s definitely a gamer. I see him getting to around 215 or 220 before ending up taking his first snap as a vol.
At6-5, 6-6. Put this boy in a weight program and he will be fine. I mean he is so skinny rn and he is already 200 lbs. He can easily put on 20 or 30 lbs before he even hits a plateau . Crazy potential with this one.

This commitment is bigger than just Nico alone.
1. It shows that TN thru it's collective is will to put out the big $$ and go after the big boys.
2. Nico is a true 5 star and top 10 in the nation, not his state but the nation. Those type of players especially QB's since they're the the leader and face of the team tend to bring other top talented players.

Exactly. Just to repeat your point bc it is so true. We not only got a top talent in the country but a qb at that. It shows Tennessee has the nil backing to compete with the rest of the country.
Huge win getting Nico but an even bigger eye opener to the fan base seeing that Tennessee is capable of not only being in a top recruits consideration but closing the deal.

His physique currently reminds me of what Tyler Bray looked like coming out of high school. Consider this quote: "Since coming out of high school weighing 186 pounds, Bray has added nearly 40 pounds to his frame, including 20 since the end of his sophomore season, bringing him to 220 pounds, according to Bruce Feldman. Bray still has some room to fill out his massive frame, but the added weight is a huge bonus for the quarterback who has struggled to stay healthy in his career."
