Vols in the XFL?

Vince McMahon still over this league? I'd like to see a minor league prep league...I just don't think someone should have to go to college if they want to make a living playing football...I also don't think it would destroy the college game

There are a multi-tude of semi-pro leagues around the country. There is an infra structure in place to develop talent as an NFL minor league rather than short lived XFL type leagues.
