What about Matt Giampapa?

Do long snappers get drafted? Sincere question here, I have no idea...but know Matt is extremely consistent, which has to be of paramount value in the position.

Great point. He will not get drafted, but I am sure there is a possibility to make a team.

Owen Williams probably has the best chance of anyone on the team of being drafted, and should get picked up somewhere in rounds 4-7. Depending on what info comes out pre-draft in relation to his hip injury, Maggitt could get drafted in the late rounds as well.

The rest of the players mentioned on here will likely not be drafted. Several will end up on rosters as UFA of course. If you look at the mock drafts that are out there many of them have no Vols being drafted at all.

Nothing against these seniors, of course, as many of them have played their hearts out and are VFLs, but this is just another painful reminder of what a pathetic recruiter Dooley was.

I know this isn't the proper forum and for this, with that being said, I've gotten into listening to motivational speakers inan effort at self improvement. I've been following Eric Thomas for quite a while. I was listening to one of his broadcasts the other day and he brought on a guest speaker. None other than Inky Johnson. Being die hard UT I "know" who Inky and what happened to him during his career here. I never knew his backstory ! Just incredible ! His journey ! What he had to overcome, or chose to overcome I should say, is a testament to him and the human spirit ! He has such passion ! I encourage anyone who hasn't had the opportunity to listen to that man speak, please do so ! It will enrich you like you couldn't imagine !! #GBO

He's a lock for a middle management position in the Sicilian mafia based solely on his name if he wants it.

North isnt getting drafted lol

If he runs a 4.4 40 and jumps 40 inches he will.

North has to kill his pro day. He's got the measurables. If he puts up freaky numbers someone will take a chance on him based purely on POTENTIAL.

What? Compared to whom?

Brain Randolph will get drafted. Very good mobility and physical. Straight line speed is 4.6 range.

Pearson and North will be drafted.

Randolph and McNeil are barely SEC caliber athletes let alone NFL. Both will be lucky to get camp invites.

The vols with the best chance of getting drafted are: Marquez North, Curt Maggitt, Pig Howard, and Owen Williams.

This is how I see it:

1. Owen Williams - round 4-5
2. Kyler kerbyson - round 5-6
3. Brian Randolph - round 6-7
4. North - round 7-8
5. Von Pearson - round 7-8
6. Magitt - round 7-8
7. Ladarrel Mcneil - UFA
8. Pig - UFA
9. Jonathon Johnson - UFA

It's hard to predict the draft but this is how I see it factoring in injuries and off the field issues...

1. Marquez North - round 3-5 (if he runs a 4.4 40) otherwise UFA
2. Pig Howard - round 4-6 (if he runs a 4.3 40) otherwise UFA
3. Curt Maggitt - round 4-6
4. Owen Williams - round 5-7
5. Kyler Kerbyson - round 5-7 as a OG
6. Von Pearson - UFA
7. Brian Randolph - UFA
8. LaDarrell McNeil - UFA
9. Jonathan Johnson - Canada

North, Williams, and Pearson will get drafted if they all put a good pro day.

Curt, is a little harder to tell because of injury.

Those saying North doesn't have the talent are idiotic. The only thing that will hold him back is injury proneness.

Dude caught like 5 balls over the past two seasons... NFL teams can't afford to through away picks.

And who would've thought or predicted that Justin Coleman would start for the Patriots, and be playing next week to potentially go to a Super Bowl...?
