Vols honor slain teenage football player

I have been praying for the family of that young man. I do not have a full understanding of God's way, but I do know that He will help them through this terrible time and give them strength as we honor this fine young man.

Proud of the Vols for honoring this young man. He is a hero in the purest sense of the word. Giving your life so that others may live is the most courageous and honorable thing a person can do. Our service men and women do it every day.

God bless this young man and his family. God bless UT for honoring him and shining a little light on a tragic act of heroism.

These kind of things make me sad, mad, happy, and a thousand other ways to feel at the same time...

It would be cool if all of us that's there salute him by doing a 24 at some point in the stands!

Just more proof that UT and Vols fans are so special.

I wish we could do more to help that family.
