How many real life NFL S&C coaches have we had? But seriously, I expect vast amounts of improvement compared to the last 7-8 year's. I don't think Rock will **** around. Dude will get results 💪.

Apparently, a weight room record is each individuals pr, not the max weight lifted in that room as common sense would suggest. Kinda like everyones participate trophy, only different.

We need more threads like this, that say something about the actual football team, rather than AD and candidates, and Vols going to pros. Those threads have their place ... but we just need more of these 'uns.

Not much else going on. Spring practice will be here soon tho. I'm not that interested in discussing anything in the draft and combine threads, but I've read every post in all five. It's cool reading about how those guys are doing. Jmo.
