Tennessee jumped ahead 5-1 after three innings but couldn't hold on as No. 19 Georgia scored nine unanswered runs, including five in the fourth inning alone, to claim a 10-5 victory and clinch the series over the Volunteers on Saturday afternoon at Foley Field

Tough loss. Hopefully the team can get one tomorrow and prevent the sweep.

The Vols scored runs today, and lead up until a disastorous 4th inning scoring 5 runs, it got worse and the Dawgs never trailed again.
The Vols didn't quit but they were unable to score runs after the Dawgs took the lead.

Coach Serrano had it right (i put his video in the other thread) the Vols right now have a hard time overcoming when things start to go in the wrong direction and that was the difference today. UGA went down 5-1, but we fought back and the vols couldn't answer and you guys had chances. In the top of the 7th you guys had 1st and 3rd with no outs and you had 2 guys strike out back to back. Being a tough mental team will be something that takes time for Coach Serrano to develop, but he will do it.
