If the CP was used as seeding for the NCAA tournament, Tennessee would be the 2nd overall #4 seed.

The 6 seed is a deal worked out by Hammy. We get 6 seed, and in exchange, NCAA puts incriminating pictures of Kiffin in the paper shredder.

To be honest, I don't think we should've fell in the poll. We went 2-1 in the tournament losing to the #2 team in the nation.

This has been a frustraing 15 hour period!

you don't understand? We beat a terrible team and an average one and then got curb stomped by 29pts. The loss to UK made more noise than beating LSU ever could

Ole Miss is average? Last I checked they were on the bubble. You know who else was on the bubble? Mississippi State. Mississippi State stomped Vandy in the tourney, yet Vandy still holds on to a 4. I don't get it.

forget the transitive thing you're trying and look at UT/Vandy results. Is UT really better than them?

Why does that matter? You're the one claiming beating someone head to head means you're the better team. Not Louisville fans.


I'm asking you, not Louisville fans. Do you think Louisville is better than Syracuse. I mean, just look at the scores.

a better question would be is ice cream better than cake? It makes as much sense as yours

no one is arguing that UL receiving a lower seed than SU is wrong. The same can't be said for those talking about UT and Vandy

The point is UT has better SOS, RPI, Ranking, Out of Conference, and two wins over 1 seeds.

All you are using to say Vandy is better than Tennessee is head to head. If that's all that matters, I don't know why you aren't saying Louisville is better than Syracuse?

Someone should tell the selection committee. Apparently they thought UT would fall to #24 :crazy:
